SPD3 Mesh Wall Membrane (1m x 20m Roll x 3mm stud)

SPD3 Mesh Membrane is a water resistant membrane with studs forming a regular pattern on one face of the roll, and polypropylene mesh on the other side. It is tough but pliable and can be easily cut with a sharp blade to the correct size. Suitable for use above and below ground and can be rendered, plastered or dot and dab boarded on top.

SPD3 Mesh is suitable for waterproofing in accordance with BS8102:2009 to provide Type ‘C’ drained protection to structures below ground, giving a Grade 3 or 4 dry environment that is suitable for domestic and commercial use.
In basements, it is essential that SPD3 Mesh is used in conjunction with a suitable sump and pump facility (unless passive drainage is available).
